We hope this letter finds you, your family and loved ones safe and secure. Your personal safety and well being are our first concern as we try to navigate these uncharted waters together. The Executive order issued by Governor Pritzker on March 20th, 2020 defined legal services as an essential business. Accordingly, the Law Office of Daniel E Goodman, LLC, wishes to advise our clients and colleagues that as an essential business, we will remain open and our entire staff continues to work within our office. We are all well aware of the virus and our need to be protective to avoid the spread of the virus to our clients, to ourselves, and to our community. Should we need to work remotely, we are capable of doing so. Our firm is available during regular business hours as always, and we welcome you to contact us at any time if the need arises. We continue to work on all cases without interruption and will continue with business as usual.
If you have a scheduled appointment to come into our office or a court appearance, please call your attorney and discuss how your meeting should be handled. All court hearings have been cancelled due to court closures and will be rescheduled by the courts for a later time.
